Dr. Fausto Rodriguez is director of the clinical neuropathology service, and an Associate Professor of Pathology, Oncology and Ophthalmology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His clinical expertise lies in the diagnosis and testing of tumors involving the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerve.
Dr. Rodriguez earned his M.D. from the University of Missouri. He completed a residency in anatomic pathology and fellowships in neuropathology and neurooncology research at the Mayo Medical School College of Medicine.
His current research focuses on the biology of pediatric gliomas and tumors developing in patients with neurofibromatosis type 1.
