24 yo female with right parietal mass

• Immunohistochemical and special stains are performed.
• The neoplasm is patchy positive for OLIG2 and S 100, focally positive for GFAP, and CD34.
• ATRX is retained and IDH (R132H) is negative. P53 highlights scattered cells with nuclear positivity, consistent with a wild-type staining pattern.
• Neurofilament highlights scattered neurons within the neoplasm. EMA is negative.
• Kl-67 highlights scattered cells are nuclear positive for an overall low proliferation rate (2%).
• Reticulin highlights vasculature within the neoplasm. All control sections stained appropriately.
