Caso 02

41-year-old woman, with a history of numbness in her left foot, which started approximately 6 months earlier, while she was pregnant

She believed this was possibly due to the baby pushing on a nerve as the numbness worsen throughout the pregnancy

After childbirth however the symptoms continued and spread throughout the left lower extremity and subsequently to her left arm hand and tongue, ultimately prompting head imaging

Imaging showed a large right cerebral cystic mass, with surrounding edema (only post-operative imaging available)

Molecular studies obtained at Caris

No diagnostically significant pathogenic gene mutations (a MUTYH and NTHL1 mutation were found)
