Patient is a 2-year-old male who is being followed with serial images for an adrenal lesion present since birth. The lesion has been shrinking over the past 18 months, and urinary homovanillic acid (HVA) and vanillylmandelic acid (VMA) have remained normal. However, the recent abdominal US showed an increase in the mass’s size. CT imaging confirmed progression, so workup was performed, including MIBG (negative) and a bone marrow biopsy. The patient underwent resection of the adrenal mass without receiving any adjuvant chemotherapy.
